It’s Mac and Cheese unlike anything you’ve experienced before as Chef Brian Perry pairs Macallan Single Malt Highland Scotch cocktails with three cheese-centric dishes. Mac and Cheese will take place on January 11 starting at 1PM at Borgata’s Longbar, and will feature a menu of cheesy favorites.
Guests will enjoy Scottish Mac & Cheese (Reblochon, Braised Short Rib & Lamb, Beechwood Cheddar, Savory Pastry), paired with a Smoked Rose (Macallan 12, Rosemary Syrup, Green Chartreuse. The second course is Fondue (Gruyere, Chilis, King Crab, Oyster, Grilled Octopus, Caviar), paired with Blood & Sand (Macallan 12, Cherry Brandy, Sweet Vermouth, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice). Finally, there’s S’more (Spicy Dark Chocolate, Goat Cheese Marshmallow, Cinnamon Tart, Savory Sprinkles), paired with the Moon Watcher (Macallan 12, Madeira, Pimento Dram, Banana Liquor, Spiced Cranberry Bitters).
Later in the month, there’s the Frank Sinatra Jack Daniel’s Dinner. Ol’ Blue Eyes was known for his love of good food and great whiskey. Join Marc and Greg Sherry at Old Homestead for a taste of some of Frank’s favorites paired with Jack Daniel’s on January 24, 2020 at 8:00 PM.
